THE ADOLESCENT JOURNEY TOWARDS INDEPENDENCE GENDER BASED VIOLENCE

Rashid Latif Medical College (RLMC) successfully organized a Pre-Conference Seminar on Gender-Based Violence as part of the lead-up to the 2nd International STUCON 2025. The seminar focused on the urgent need for sustainable strategies to prevent and address gender-based violence through a multi-sectoral approach. The seminar featured impactful addresses and presentations by:

Participants engaged in interactive discussions with the distinguished speakers, panelists, and judges, exploring innovative and practical solutions for long-term prevention of gender-based violence. The seminar was organized by the Research Cell and the Student Research Society (SRS) of RLMC under the supervision of Professor Dr. Tazeem Shahbaz, with special recognition of Muhammad Nadeem (Assistant Director of the Research Cell), Dr. Rabiya Sarwar (Assistant Professor) and Dr. Aneesa Mahreen (Senior Demonstrator). There exceptional efforts ensured the successful planning and execution of this impactful and well-received event.
