Anatomy is the backbone of all basic and clinical sciences. The Anatomy department is a branch of morphology that deals with the structure of organisms. The courses within the domain of Anatomy include General Anatomy, Histology, Developmental Anatomy, Regional Anatomy and Neuroanatomy. Our teaching methodology includes large and small groups of interactive sessions, and practicals conducted in laboratory settings. The college introduces LMS (learning methodology system) as an integrated system for the student teaching and learning process. The Anatomy Department was inaugurated in September of 2010, by Dr. Professor Qurat ul Ain who is in charge and an example of what relentless efforts and experience looks like. It is her role that is significant to efficiently maintain the department’s pivotal role in the creation of better health care professionals. Our highly capable staff is carefully chosen and further trained to ensure smooth and qualitative workflow, as well as efficient multitasking and keeping up to date with modern techniques.
The department’s goal is to provide a great opportunity for students to seek the education of anatomy, where its complexities are made as easy as possible by our prestigious faculty. Through student feedback on a per semester basis, they contribute to the strategic planning and teaching innovations which are imperative for the progress of the department and to maintain the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
