Department of Medicine presented an interesting case of chronic diarrhea of a young girl, which was thoroughly investigated for common causes & all turned out to be negative. Her history of recurrent infections , pulmonary tuberculosis & thrush on examination led to the suspicion of HIV for which she was tested & came out to be positive. She was thus diagnosed with HIV enteropathy. Pathophysiology of HIV is briefly discussed by the Department of Pathology. The second case was a nasolabial cyst presented by the department of ENT. It’s a rare nonodontogenic benign cyst diagnosed clinically & well managed with excision.
