STUDENT COUNSELING

Talking therapy, commonly referred to as psychological counselling, is a collaborative setting where one can discuss their challenges in a private and secure environment. Medical students can experience feelings of being overworked, overwhelmed, overly enthused, unhappy and helpless to handle their studies in a foreign environment when they are away from home. In these situations, a qualified psychologist can offer a friendly, nonjudgmental setting where people may feel more comfortable discussing their difficulties in detail. Therefore, psychological counselling is a very effective strategy for reducing student stress and tension and can help them integrate into society. At RLMC we have
