World Anatomy Day

On World Anatomy Day, healthcare professionals recognize the tireless efforts of anatomists, physicians, and researchers who have paved the way for contemporary medicine. This time October month’23 was celebrated in different medical colleges. On 31st Oct’23, ‘World Anatomy Day’ was celebrated in RLMC. The theme of this event was 'Teaching diversities in the dissection laboratory'. In this event there was an intercollege competition between RLMC, Rahbar Medical College, and Central Park Medical College, a panel discussion in which students shared their thoughts regarding the problems they faced while studying anatomy and the benefits of applied anatomy during their clinical practice, case base presentation by clinicians including histopathologist, cardiothoracic surgeon and orthopedic surgeon emphasizing on the importance of knowledge of anatomy, a survey regarding challenges and cope with modern technologies was done between students and faculty of anatomy, its result will be shared soon in article form and at the end of this event our worthy, legendary teachers and honorable guest Professor Dr. Liaq Hussain, Professor Dr.Tassaduq, Professor Dr. M. Sohail, Dr. Uruj Zehra, and Dr. Qurat enlighten us with their knowledge about the past, present, and future of anatomy.
